Getting Our Creative Jive On

This morning, the kids eagerly gathered around the art table, ready to unleash their creativity through painting. Mosaic painting was the chosen style; Rikki carefully placed strips of masking tape to create triangle patterns. They set to work with brushes in hand and a rainbow of colours to choose from. The room was filled with a symphony of focused concentration and occasional bursts of laughter as they transformed blank surfaces into intricate works of art.

As the day progressed, baking was the next activity. With dietary restrictions in mind, we embarked on a mission to find a recipe everyone could enjoy, and the challenge of making it dairy-free became our primary focus. Fortunately, one of our crew members came to the rescue, armed with a recipe that was not only dairy-free but also egg and nut-free.

Having Fun In an Inflatable Wonderland

We visited Inflatable World today, a magical wonderland of bouncing joy. Excitement filled the air as the children eagerly explored the vibrant inflatables scattered throughout the facility. With each step, laughter and squeals of delight echoed in every corner.

Like little explorers on a mission, they leapt from one inflatable to the next, fueled by boundless energy and endless enthusiasm.

They danced across the bouncy castles, as if defying gravity itself. With each leap, they reached new heights, their smiles stretching wider with every moment. The air was alive with the sound of happiness as they scaled towering obstacles, conquering inflatable mountains with courage and determination.

They scrambled up walls and slid down steep slopes, their excitement building with each exhilarating descent.

A Morning at the Movies

On Sunday, our adventure took us to the magical world of movies. With differing tastes among the children, we divided our group to satisfy everyone's preferences. Some embarked on a journey under the sea with "The Little Mermaid," while the others delved into a thrilling tale of elemental forces with "Elemental.". With tubs of popcorn in hand, we settled into our seats, ready to be transported into captivating worlds.In one theatre, the enchanting melodies of "The Little Mermaid" echoed through the room as colourful scenes unfolded on the screen. Mermaids swam gracefully beneath the waves, and the magical underwater kingdom came alive before our eyes. Laughter and awe filled the air as the children immersed themselves in the enchanting tale.

Meanwhile, in the other theatre, "Elemental" whisked us away to a world where elemental forces clashed and intertwined. Fire, water, earth, and air danced across the screen, weaving a captivating narrative of adventure and discovery. Hearts raced as the heroes faced thrilling challenges, keeping us on the edge of our seats.
