We are a Registered NDIS Provider and Approved Carer Gateway Provider for children’s weekend respite and short term accommodation.
Our team are all highly qualified & experienced carers and educators. Respite with Linda is an experienced and respected provider of short term accommodation for children aged 5-17 living with disability.
Unlike many other providers, we’re not a ‘facility’ or a ‘service house’.
We’ve opened the door to our Morayfield residential home so your child can enjoy all the comforts of home while staying with us.
NDIS Respite care is a support service provided to participants in the NDIS program also known as the National Disability Insurance Scheme, funded by the Australian Federal Government.
NDIS Respite care is a special program that helps caregivers of people with disabilities take a break. It provides temporary care and support for the person with a disability, giving the caregivers some time off to rest and recharge.
Respite with Linda provides this service in conjunction with the NDIS.
This means Complete Care & All Their Comforts Seen to 24 Hours a day From 4PM Friday - Until 4PM Sunday - Linda's Place will become your Child's home away from home.
Our short term accommodation means giving you time for a break from your normal caregiving duties. A weekend is also a great amount of time for children to create new memories and make new friends!
You don’t need to worry about a thing when your child visits us – we take care of all meals, bedding, activities and caregiving so you can go home, relax and take care of you.
